You can tell they want your day to be exactly how you envision it. They were so flexible with the food menu, drink options, and decorations. For instance, the bride wanted to create an elaborate dessert table because she runs her own baking business. The staff helped make the bride’s wish happen. We dropped all the desserts off at the venue in the morning, and they had the dessert display set up perfectly for the reception. On our wedding day, the staff took care of every detail and ensured that the ceremony and reception ran smoothly. We like being prepared and organized, so we really appreciated how well coordinated everything was. After the ceremony, the staff quickly flipped the room for the reception, setting up tables, centerpieces, and other decorations. If there were any issues that day, we never heard about them because the staff is that good. Our wedding was a perfect day, and The Gala 417 is a major reason for that. Shellie and Rose were THE BEST to work with. They were willing and excited to answer my one million questions the months leading up to the wedding. Shellie communicated with our other vendors and gave recommendations every step of the way. Their day-of coordination was SPOT ON. They made sure every decoration, floral arrangement, sign, etc. was perfect and that the entire schedule of the day ran smoothly. The wonderful bartenders and servers provided outstanding service for my husband and I and all of our guests. The drinks were great and the food was incredible. Which brings me to the food…The Food: We loved how many options were available when selecting our menu… dinner tiers, plated or buffet style, hors d’oeuvres, and desserts. Having the catering done in house was so helpful and made our planning process easier.The Golf: My husband loves to golf! He enjoyed playing the course on the morning of our wedding (he got one foursome for free). The pro shop was happy to help with scheduling tee times for his groomsmen and our other family members that played as well. He said this is one of his favorite courses he has ever played!We cannot recommend Lighthouse Sound more. We had the most incredible wedding and credit so much of that to the wonderful people and experience Lighthouse Sound.
