Todd Ricotta, MHSA, MBA

Chief Executive Officer

Todd Ricotta accepted the role of CEO for Arizona Care Network in June 2021. Previously, Todd led ACN’s network development, support and improvement initiatives, and drove successful partnerships and strategies as the organization’s Chief Operating Officer (2020-2021). He’s also served as the organization’s interim CEO, and executive director for government relations.

Todd joined ACN in 2013 and has worked in the healthcare industry since 1995, holding various hospital administration, health plan and business development roles in the not-for-profit, for-profit, public, and private sectors. He earned a master’s in business and a master’s in health services administration from Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Dan LeClair, CPA

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Dan LeClair has been improving accounting processes and contributing his contracting expertise since he joined ACN in 2018. Dan serves as the executive leader for finance, analytics and key accounts. Dan is the primary contact for executing value-based contract negotiations. He also serves as ACN’s lead for quality and population health pharmacy initiatives. In addition, he works closely with the CFOs at Dignity Health and Abrazo Health, ACN’s joint venture owners.

Prior to joining ACN, Dan served as director of financial reporting and risk management for Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota for five years. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Minnesota State University – Moorhead and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Jason Kwan, PharmD

VICE PRESIDENT OF POPULATION HEALTH

Jason Kwan joined ACN in 2018 and currently leads the quality and analytics department. He is responsible for the creation of quality programs that improve patient care and HEDIS measures. Jason is involved in process improvement and the design of actionable reporting on population health trends. He is continually looking to improve existing programs and/or create innovative programs to improve organizational efficiency and performance.

Prior to joining ACN, Jason completed a managed care pharmacy residency at Aetna Medicaid. He earned his Doctor of Pharmacy at University of Arizona and is a licensed pharmacist. Jason earned his Bachelor of Science degrees in Finance and Molecular Biosciences/Biotechnology from Arizona State University.

Bill Conati

VICE PRESIDENT OF OPERATIONS

Bill Conati serves as ACN’s VP of Operations overseeing Information Technology, Operations, Project Management, Network Engagement, and Human Resources. Bill has been with ACN since 2018 and has over 20 years of leadership experience in healthcare including software development, clinical studies, large scale implementations, and hospital/ambulatory management.

Prior to ACN, Bill successfully led multiple complex healthcare initiatives including EMR, Pharmacy, Laboratory, Medical Imaging, and Financial Planning integrations. Bill has been recognized and featured by Microsoft for implementing innovative technology solutions and has served on the Corporate Partners Board of eWEEK Magazine. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Minnesota and has acquired multiple certifications in the areas of Marketing, Project Management, ITIL Foundations, Microsoft and AWS Cloud Engineering.

Jonee Christensen

VICE PRESIDENT OF PROVIDER NETWORK AND GOVERNMENT RELATIONS

Jonee Christensen started as a Quality Performance Representative when she joined ACN in 2015 and quickly grew within the organization to become a manager, then director in the network department. During her tenure, she merged the quality and network representative teams to strengthen ACN’s ability to provide full practice transformation services to the network. She also developed a micro territory support structure to create a better practice experience and improve provider engagement.

Jonee currently serves as the Vice President of Provider Network and Government Relations and is involved in optimizing the provider network and improving network alignment with ACN’s specialist practices. She has 20 years of experience in healthcare, starting in the primary care practice setting and moving into Medicare ACO.
