Our multilingual staff can assist in the connection of utilities, arrange for installation of telephone and internet, advise you on how to install Sky TV and find reliable electricians, plumbers, decorators and cleaners.

Services Include:

  • Safe deposit of Keys
  • Twice monthly checks to air the property & confirm all is well
  • Laundry and cleaning and preparation for your arrival
  • Minor repairs and painting
  • Inventory and Replacement purchases
  • Spring cleans
  • Fumigations (if required)
  • Car rental (baby seats and roof racks are available)
  • Hire of baby equipment; cots, high chairs etc.

If you are renting your apartment or villa on a short term basis we can also arrange meeting & greeting, airport pick-ups and will provide a telephone helpline, emergency contact numbers and information packs for your guests.
