Permanent Spanish Residency for Non EU Citizens

Qualifying Terms For Permanent Spanish residency are:

  • Minimum investment of €500,000
  • Property can be owned by a company – the applicant must show control of that company
  • There is no minimum stay requirement
  • Covers all immediate family members
  • Can be for more multiple properties
  • Applications will be processed in 20 days – or the visa is automatically granted!
  • Travel permitted throughout the Schengen countries in Europe
  • Multiple re entry permitted
  • Access to Education for children in Europe

The visa lasts one year then re apply for a further two, then a further two as long as the property investment is still retained after 5 years the Visa is unlimited. Permanent Spanish Residency, Citizenship and Spanish passport can be applied for after 10 years.
